About Us.

A.S.H. Rehab is a resource centre for people who struggle with alcohol dependence, harmful or binge drinking. Our goal is to provide tools, strategies, and support so individuals can openly explore reasons for drinking, remove root causes and establish healthy coping strategies so that they can walk into long term recovery and ultimately improve their health and every area of their life.
