This statement is made by Ash Rehab LTD (company number 16104821) pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Ash Rehab has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Our business
Ash Rehab LTD is a CQC-registered provider of medically supervised home alcohol detoxification services. We operate primarily in England, providing clinical support to patients in their own homes. Our team includes GMC-registered prescribers, NMC-registered nurses, and administrative staff.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is limited and principally comprises clinical medication suppliers, digital service providers, and professional services firms operating in the United Kingdom. We deal directly with suppliers and do not engage intermediaries or labour providers.
Our policies
Ash Rehab is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Our internal policies include safeguarding procedures that require staff to be alert to signs of exploitation or trafficking in the patients they care for and to report concerns immediately.
Due diligence
- All clinical staff are employed directly, with identity and right-to-work checks conducted prior to employment.
- We only engage suppliers who operate lawfully and ethically within the United Kingdom.
- Our safeguarding policy includes specific provision for identifying and referring potential victims of modern slavery encountered through clinical care.
- Staff receive training on recognising signs of exploitation and their duty to report.
Risk assessment
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low given the nature of our clinical workforce and the direct employment model we use. We continue to review and improve our practices as our business grows.

Any concerns about modern slavery — whether relating to our own operations, our supply chain, or patients in our care — should be reported to office@ashrehab.com. Concerns relating to a patient in immediate risk should be referred to the police (999) or the Modern Slavery Helpline (0800 012 1700).
