About these terms
These terms and conditions govern the clinical services provided by Ash Rehab LTD (company number 16104821), registered address Unit 5 Martinbridge Industrial Estate, 240–242 Lincoln Road, Enfield, EN1 1SP. By proceeding with an assessment or programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our services
Ash Rehab provides medically supervised home alcohol detoxification and related support services. All clinical services are delivered by or under the supervision of GMC-registered prescribers and NMC-registered nurses. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Clinical suitability
Our services are only appropriate for patients assessed as clinically suitable for home detox. A clinical assessment must be completed before any programme commences. We reserve the right to decline to provide services where, in the clinical judgement of our prescribers, home detox would not be safe or appropriate for you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during assessment and throughout your programme.
- Inform us immediately of any change in your health, medication, or living situation that may affect your safety.
- Follow the clinical guidance provided by your assigned clinician.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present or contactable during the active withdrawal phase of your programme.
- Not consume alcohol during the detox programme unless advised otherwise by your clinician.
- Contact us or emergency services immediately if you experience a medical emergency.
Fees and payment
Programme fees are set out in your individual quote and must be paid in advance of the programme commencing. Fees are non-refundable once a programme has started and medications have been prescribed. Where a programme cannot proceed due to clinical unsuitability identified at assessment, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation
You may cancel a programme before it commences by contacting us at office@ashrehab.com or calling 07951 054041. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the programme start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the programme fee to cover clinical preparation costs.
Limitation of liability
Ash Rehab will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to follow clinical guidance, from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the programme in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Confidentiality and data
All clinical information you share with us is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We will share information only with members of your care team and, where necessary for your safety, with emergency services or your GP. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us at office@ashrehab.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within two working days and resolve them within 20 working days. You also have the right to refer complaints to the Care Quality Commission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
